Conditions d’autorisation
I grant Havoc After Dark and its successors, assigns, licensees, contractors, and authorized partners the exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right to record, photograph, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, advertise, license, sell, and otherwise use my name, stage name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, performance, biographical information, photographs, video, audio, and related media created for or submitted to Havoc After Dark.
The specific use I am authorizing is media production, publication, promotion, distribution, advertising, archive, and monetization for Havoc After Dark branded projects. Publication locations may include zackhavocofficial.com, Havoc-operated websites, streaming or subscription platforms, social media accounts, email/SMS marketing, event promotions, interviews, music videos, trailers, behind-the-scenes materials, advertisements, compilations, and successor platforms or media channels controlled or authorized by Havoc After Dark.
The authorized publication period is perpetual unless Havoc After Dark signs a separate written limitation. Havoc After Dark will use commercially reasonable access controls for non-public release records and source materials, but I understand that publicly distributed media may be copied or shared by third parties despite reasonable platform and security controls.
I understand this release transfers exclusive usage rights for the covered media to Havoc After Dark. I will not authorize competing commercial use of the covered media without written permission from Havoc After Dark.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and release Havoc After Dark from claims related to authorized editing, publication, promotion, distribution, or lawful commercial use of the covered media.
I confirm I am signing voluntarily, I have had the opportunity to ask questions before signing, and the information I provide is true and accurate.
